Ventilation system guarantees the optimization of microclimate inside the houses. The bearing horizontal structure of the first and second level was realized with girders and rafters of chestnut and flat tiles, easily visible inside the houses. The external faces were built with rocks ashlar coming from local caves and bricks pieces with an external smooth finishing. In this way immovables will have none environmental impact and will give back to men a house perfectly adapted to the surrounding environment.
